Terms and Conditions

 

Short breaks are available September to April, with a minimum of 3 nights. Preferred arrival day is Friday but other days are possible by request. Other short period stays are available last minute and subject to availability.                                                             

 

Arrival is at 16.00pm with departure at 10.00am.

 

A 50% deposit is payable on reservation with the balance becoming due either 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if less than 6 weeks at point of booking. Refunds will only be made if the property is re-let for the same booking period and for the same rental amount. Lost house keys will be charged at £20.00 per set, deductible from the deposit.                                                                                             

 

NOTE:  All linens and towels are provided and delivered from a professional linen hire company to ensure consistently high standards.  Each guest will have 1 x  Hand and 1 x Bath sheet so if extra towels are required guests must kindly provide these themselves .
